How do I purchase a subscription license?
We have several ways to join a subscription:
Purchase a subscription using our in-app payments for Credit / Debit Card or PayPal.
Select a monthly or yearly subscription plan
Checkout with a payment method of your choice
How often will I be charged?
We have two types of subscriptions, one is monthly and the other is yearly, your license will state "Monthly Team License" or "Yearly Team License", so the easiest way to find out is to go to Manage License Keys and take a look at the description of your license key.
How do I cancel my subscription?
PayPal
You can manage your PayPal subscription directly within PayPal, head to:
Credit / Debit Card
You can manage your Card subscription directly within Stripe, head to:
Apple iTunes (Mac App Store)
All Apple subscriptions are managed in iTunes, the link below will directly take you to your profile administration: https://buy.itunes.apple.com
You will find all running subscriptions under "Subscriptions." You can also disable the automatic extension of your subscriptions.
